These terms govern the use of the Weboost - Agência de Marketing, Unipessoal Lda ("Weboost") platform and the Client Portal, including connecting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts.
Weboost provides social media management: we create, schedule and publish content on the client's accounts and present performance metrics — always with the client's authorisation and approval.
By connecting their accounts through the official OAuth flow of each platform, the client authorises Weboost to act on their behalf within the scope of the permissions granted. The client may revoke the connection at any time.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and the approval of the content published, and for complying with the rules of the platforms used. When publishing to TikTok, the client agrees to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for paid partnerships, the Branded Content Policy.
Access to the Client Portal is personal; the client can and should set their own password, and must keep their credentials secure.
The client may disconnect their accounts and terminate the service at any time, which removes the platform's access to their networks and deletes the stored tokens.
The service is provided "as is". Weboost is not liable for outages of the Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok platforms, nor for their decisions regarding content.
